With the changes to the Protective Services ongoing services billing methodology, we have developed a new HCBSExplorer report, APS Activity Index Units Report, to replace the Protective Services invoice Excel spreadsheet posted to 800AgeInfo. This report has the monthly units for all the PS activities and provides the case numbers associated with each billable unit. Below is a link to instructions on to access the report and download the case information. This report will be available on the 15th of each month.
