We are sending this email as a reminder of the upcoming changes to the WellSky IP Whitelist.
Please share with provider organizations.
Please note that the instructions have been updated to include an improved test webpage.
Key Actions
1. Add New IPs. Add the new IP ranges to your whitelist settings as soon as possible.
2. Retain Current IPs. Do not remove the current IP addresses until after the migration is successfully completed on April 4th.
3. Validate Connectivity. Before April 4th, please have your team test connectivity to ensure a seamless transition. You can test by browsing to the following site:

If using a browser to navigate to the test URL, a 404 message indicates that you are successful and not blocked from the new location. If, however, you receive a message that the site can’t be reached (screenshot below), this indicates that the address is being blocked through your security.
